Access Keys
Access Keys assign a "Hot Key" to areas within a website and can be accessed using the combination ALT+AccessKey (PC) or CTRL+AccessKey (MAC). Internet Explorer users may also need to hit the "enter" key to activiate a link.
Access Keys can be recognised by the underlined character in links.

Skip navigation
This feature allows users to skip over the navigation bar and go straight to the content. This is useful for visitors who use either screen readers or "talking browsers".
This is achieved by providing a "skip link", which is just a regular hyperlink but is hidden and is in fact the first link on the page. By pressing "TAB" and then return, visitors can navigate directly to the main content without having to tediously work through the navigational elements.
Screen Readers will also pick up on the link and allow the user to skip straight to the main content.
Browser Compatibility
Note that note all browsers support, or have the same level of compatibility, however as this site has been built using the very latest standards most modern browsers should display this website in a satisfactory format.
